Lewis Lake, Wyoming
Named after the famous leader of the Lewis and Clark Expedition, Meriwether Lewis, Lewis Lake is located in Wyoming in the southern region of Yellowstone National Park. A campground at the lake's south end opens every year in mid-June. Lewis Lake has a small boat ramp. Fishing with a permit is allowed.
